The CEO connectsstudents with experiences and opportunities designed to enhance classroom learning, support career exploration and aspirations, and develop ties to local and global communities.
We provide students with information about a variety of experiential learning opportunities including community outreach, service learning, internships, work/study, undergraduate research, international programs, post-graduate fellowships, pre-professional studies, and learning communities.
CEO staff are cross-trained in the many experiences and opportunities available at the College and work with each student to develop an individualized Experience and Opportunity Plan that evolves as students move through their college experience.
The CEO also provides a full range of career services for all McDaniel graduate and undergraduate students and alumni. Career Counselors are available to help students to clarify their skills, interests, and work-related values; make career/life related decisions; research career options; plan for graduate school; and search for internships and employment opportunities.
CEO assistance is available on a walk-in basis, by appointment, online, or by telephone.
